WiFi...AT LAST! :)

No WiFi - or very little - in Terlingua, so I wasn't able to post anything since last Sunday. It's now Sunday again and we just arrived in Las Cruces New Mexico. Love the RV resort we are staying in. More on this to come. To bring everyone up to date, I've decided to post separate posts for the past 6 days of activities we did while at Big Bend National Park and out and about in Terlingua. Monday - Friday we took short excursions after I got off work at 5:00 - gave us enough time to see and do what we wanted to. Monday we took a very long and very dark (by the time we got back to camp-lol) trip up a scenic highway along the Rio Grande to Presidio. I learned about Border Patrol and we saw several. We passed through the golf resort town of Lajitas on the way. Very pretty and quite ritzy (no Border Patrol). The only pic I got that evening was of this quaint little cemetery outside Lajitas. It was dark coming back down the mountain where all the pull-offs for cars were, but we did try again and I will talk about that later. C' ya on the road! Julie
